Who We Are

Fe league is an inclusive community of corporate, agency, and entrepreneurial leaders across a variety of industries and seniorities who are invested in improving representation and gender equity. Our purpose is to welcome all to pave more paths by making space for meaningful community, content, and coaching through monthly virtual events, in-person gatherings, co-leagues (small peer groups for mentorship/reverse mentorship and coaching), give-back experiences, and curated member subscription boxes featuring women authors and women-made products.

We define "league" as an inclusive approach to welcoming all. We are corporate, agency, and entrepreneurial leaders across a variety of industries and seniorities who are invested in improving representation and gender equity from a women-centric perspective.

What's Included?

Our membership is open to leaders, beginning at the manager level, across all industries.

Each year, you will experience:

Virtual learning & leadership sessions with subject matter experts across our wellbeing, business, equity, and innovation themes
Monthly Co-leagues, a small group designed for deep connection, mentoring, and networking
Multiple in-person opportunities (both the formally curated and the spontaneously planned) to connect with others in your market and give back through our nonprofit partners: Dress for Success, 50/50 Women On Boards, and Women Employed
Unlimited access to our community portal to find career tools, watch content and engage with other members
Our signature Work-Life Intellect Box delivered right to your doorstep filled with a collection of products (from women-founded, owned, or led brands) that support you as a whole person - work-you, life-you, all of you.
